What are your emergency service arrangements?
We partner with VetsNow for 24/7 emergency care. Call our normal number to reach their Nottingham clinic at 581 Radford Road.
Is microchipping mandatory for pets?
Dogs must be microchipped by 8 weeks old. Cats require microchipping from June 2024 at 20 weeks. Small animals are recommended but not required.
Do you offer pet health advice between visits?
Our free Pet Health Counsellor service provides ongoing support for nutrition, parasite control, and common pet care questions through nurse consultations.
