Our History and Philosophy
Established in 1948, Stewart Gilmour has over many years built up an enviable reputation for providing excellent advice and accountancy services to businesses and personal clients throughout Ayrshire and beyond. Our close links with and knowledge of the local business community have allowed us to fully understand the needs of our clients across a wide range of industry sectors. Meet Our Partners
Our team is led by two experienced Partners, Ken Livingstone and Sheila Tannock, who are supported by an extensive team of qualified and highly experienced staff. Ken Livingstone joined Stewart Gilmour & Co as a Partner in 2003 and has built up extensive knowledge of the accounting and tax issues affecting the firm's many agricultural clients. Sheila Tannock, upon graduating from Edinburgh University with a degree in Accountancy, joined Stewart Gilmour & Co in 1982 and was made a Junior Partner in 1989. She has built up long-standing and strong relationships with an extensive list of clients.
