Our Ethos & Values

Our ethos is built on three core values: Respect, Belonging, and Aspiration. These values are promoted through our school characters of Astro Aspiration, Rizzy Respect, and Planet Belonging. These values underpin all the projects that are taught across the school and are interwoven into all areas of school life, from the classroom to the playground. Within an ethos of support, challenge, and encouragement to succeed, we develop confident individuals with high self-esteem and a positive attitude to learning and working together. Through high and consistent expectations, we believe that every child can work to the best of their ability and acquire the skills to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing world.
