Practical Considerations and Cancellation Policy

Some reviewers have expressed disappointment with the 48-hour cancellation policy, which they find inflexible. Rachel Murphy, who gave the service 5 stars, credits Michael with helping her through a difficult period and providing valuable advice. Jennifer Holmes, another 5-star reviewer, highly recommends the COSCA Certificate in Counselling, praising the trainers and facilities. Kathy Alves, who also gave 5 stars, found her therapist supportive and helpful, and recommends the service despite a long waiting list. Shelley Kinloch, Hannah Baird, and Rachel Murphy all give 5 stars to the training courses, praising their practical approach and engaging trainers.

Lack of Empathy and Unhelpful Services

Unfortunately, some reviewers have had negative experiences with The Spark. Helen Panni, who gave 2 stars, felt that the service did not help them with their problems, and that they wasted time on a questionnaire. Robert Sinclair's 1-star review expresses his disappointment with the hiring practices of The Spark, claiming that some therapists lack empathy and morals.
