Unreliability and Poor Communication
There were several instances where the company failed to show up for appointments or failed to communicate with customers. Steve Richards reported that the company didn't turn up or phone, and Colin Elliott had a similar experience where Les Balls failed to show up for a quote and didn't respond to calls or emails.
