At The Pet Lodge, we are passionate about pets and enthusiastic about helping find the best companion for you. Located in Eltham, South-East London, SE9, we have been serving the local community for over two decades. Our story began back in 2001 as the Fish Lodge, specialising in pet fish, aquatics, pond, and marine. However, as the demand for reptiles, birds, and small animals grew, we expanded our range of products in 2005. In 2011, we officially rebranded ourselves as The Pet Lodge.

Our Philosophy

At The Pet Lodge, we believe that every pet deserves care and attention. Our team is fully qualified in animal care, with experience in zoo-keeping and veterinary science. We pride ourselves in providing a personal service that is informed and attentive to the needs of you and your pet. Our staff are laid-back and easy-going, always delighted to chat with you and share their knowledge. We have formed strong and lasting relationships with our many customers, with many returning to us over the years, even if they have moved to different parts of the country.

Responsible Pet Ownership

At The Pet Lodge, we believe that responsible pet ownership is crucial. Pets are not just fun, but they also have a significant impact on our mental and physical well-being. Not only can pets help reduce stress in adults, but they can also be a great educational tool for children. We educate our customers on the importance of responsible pet ownership and the benefits of adopting a pet.
