Welcome to Brentwood Golf Club, a premier golfing destination in the heart of Essex. Our club has a rich history, dating back to 1994 when the course was first opened under the original name, Weald Park Golf Club. Designed by Reg Plumbridge and constructed by Golf Landscapes Ltd., our course was built to modern specifications and has undergone numerous improvements over the years.
Course Overview
Our 18-hole golf course is a Par 72 with an SSS (Standard Scratch Score) of 72. It measures 6,571 yards (from the White Tees) and is a challenging experience for golfers of all levels. The course includes numerous water features, mature woodlands, and undulating fairways, making it a delightful and testing round.
Investment in the Course
Since the acquisition in November 2013, we have invested heavily in upgrading the course. Over 700,000 has been spent on improving the course, including:
- Refurbishing every bunker on the course
- Adding fairway drainage
- Developing strategies to lengthen the course
- Moving 50 established trees and planting new ones
- Installing all-weather tee mats
- Creating an 18-hole buggy path

- Function Room and Buggy Hire: Our function room is available for private hire and can accommodate up to 50 guests. We also offer buggy hire for a unique and enjoyable golfing experience.
