Disappointing Experience
El Mundo has received criticism for its poor customer service and lack of accountability. Milica Moon expressed her frustration at not receiving her order, despite paying over 100. She was told by staff that there was nothing they could do to resolve the issue, leaving her out of pocket and with no replacement.
