We are Perfect Timing, a family-run watchmaking and jewellery business established in Chichester in 1984. Our founder Bernard Pikta drew his lifelong passion for horology from his father, who worked as both a jeweller and watchmaker. We are run by Bernard and his wife Lyn, who bring decades of combined expertise in watches, clocks, antique and fine jewellery to every client interaction. Our workshop is staffed by skilled horological professionals, including a dedicated clockmaker with specialist repair training. We hold Swatch Group level 3 service partner status for Omega, Longines and Tissot timepieces, a mark of our technical competence. We offer a full range of repair services, including watch battery and strap replacement, vintage timepiece renovation and jewellery repairs and valuations.
