MS Properties was founded by Martin Samuel in 2005, with a passion for property that was instilled in him from a young age by his father Maynard. Growing up around property investment and development, Martin developed a strong interest in the sector and gained a broad knowledge of the industry. Our Story
MS Properties was initially formed as a part-time property management business, managing properties for family and friends. However, Martin's vision was always to establish a full-scale estate agency, and in 2011, the company's first office was opened in Baker Street, Aberystwyth. The business quickly grew, and by 2016, MS Properties had expanded to include sales and lettings services. In 2017, the company relocated to larger and more modern premises, allowing it to further develop its services and continue to grow.
