Real Patisserie started in 1997 as a small family bakery in Brighton, founded by Paris-trained patissier Alastair Gourlay and his wife Annie. Born out of a love for quality ingredients and authentic baking, the bakery has grown into one of the most respected artisan bakeries in the UK.
