Our History

O'Connor Roofing Services was originally founded in 1945, and has grown by adapting to the needs of its customers and investing in its staff. It is built on years of experience and expertise in all aspects of the industry. The director, Roy, is the third generation of O'Connors to have a hands-on approach to running the business. The family ethos has always been to provide excellent customer service and to continually invest in the training and development of our staff.

Our services include Lead Work, Flat Roofing (Liquid Applied, Cold Applied, and Hot Applied), Pitched Roofing (Tiles and Slate), Maintenance Contracts, and Fascias & Soffits. We are committed to providing the highest level of quality and safety on all projects we undertake. Our staff are fully competent in all new techniques and roofing products, and we invest heavily in their training and development to ensure they have the knowledge, skills, and ability to deliver the highest standard of workmanship.

Quality Assurance

At O'Connor Roofing Services, we are committed to maintaining the highest level of quality and safety on all projects we undertake. We are proud members of Safe Contractor, CHAS, and Construction Line, and have recently achieved Gold level of commitment to the Construction Skills Health and Safety Card Scheme. We are also accredited by the National Federation of Roofing Contractors and have achieved CompetentRoofer status, allowing us to self-certify that our roof refurbishment work complies with Building Regulations.

Health and Safety

Safety has the utmost importance to us, and we continually strive to maintain the highest level of safety on all projects we undertake. We have recently achieved Gold level of commitment to the Construction Skills Health and Safety Card Scheme, and our staff have had a standard Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check.
