Nestled in the heart of Coppull, Chorley, Early Birds Private Day Nursery has been a pillar of excellence in childcare since 2003. Founded by Claire Botham, the nursery was born out of her desire to create a home-from-home environment where children could thrive and receive the love and dedication they deserve. Over the years, Early Birds has undergone significant growth and development, but one thing remains constant - its unwavering commitment to providing outstanding childcare to children from the age of 0 to 5 years.
Our Ethos
At Early Birds, we believe that learning should be an enjoyable and stimulating experience. Our ethos is simple: Explore. Discover. Grow. We encourage children to explore and discover the world around them at their own pace, fostering a sense of curiosity and wonder. Our experienced and qualified team provides a nurturing and stimulating environment, allowing children to grow and develop their skills and confidence.
Our Services
We offer a range of services designed to cater to the unique needs of each child. From our freshly prepared meals to our bespoke childcare packages, we strive to provide a comprehensive service that meets the needs of our families.
Food
All food is freshly prepared on-site, ensuring the highest standards of nutrition and hygiene. Our chefs work tirelessly to provide delicious and nutritious meals, with a focus on variety and seasonal ingredients. During a full-day attendance, children will receive a minimum of 5 portions of fruit and vegetables.
Sports Coaching
Every fortnight, we welcome Adrian from A-star Sports, who leads our children in inclusive, developmental multi-sports coaching. Our outdoor sessions take place on our beautiful garden, with shelter provided by our retractable canopy. This program is designed to encourage physical activity, coordination, and social skills.
Visits and Trips
We believe in exploring the local community and building meaningful relationships. Our outings include visits to the local library, park, and nursing home next door, where we sing for them from our garden and deliver cards and art work.
