Accumulator Service Centre
As a Parker Certified Accumulator Service Centre, we offer comprehensive accumulator servicing including re-certification, fluid analysis, and component replacement. Our facility handles bladder and piston accumulators, ensuring compliance with PSSR 2000 regulations through detailed inspections and written examination schemes. We provide gas pre-charging, flushing to NAS 1638 standards, and just-in-time maintenance solutions.
Cylinder Repair
Our workshop undertakes full hydraulic cylinder refurbishment including seal replacement, rod re-chroming, and bore honing. Using advanced diagnostics, we identify wear patterns and fluid contamination issues, followed by precision machining to restore performance. Repairs include pressure testing to 16/14/11 cleanliness standards and documentation for regulatory compliance.
