Our Process

Discovery: This is where we get to know your business, your goals, and the team's needs. We assess whether the titles and skill-sets you've briefed in to us match your needs and ambitions. If the brief needs redefining, we'll do that together.

Perfecting the Brief: Here, we interrogate the brief, prioritising the skills that mean the most. We craft a super-precise question list, helping hiring managers get the answers they need.

Screening Meeting and Screening: We meet all candidates face-to-face or on video and gauge their cultural and professional fit before sending them to you. We use the criteria we worked on together to assess their suitability.

CV Submission: We filter down to the perfect CVs. Only at this point do we send you a CV, with a detailed write-up reflecting how the candidate meets your business needs.
