Welcome to Bromley Bowling Club, a premier destination for bowls in Kent, proudly affiliated to Bowls England, K.C.B.A., and L.& S.C.B.A. Our club was founded in 1888 and has since become a hub for national champions, social members, and enthusiasts of all abilities.
Our History
Bromley Bowling Club has a rich history dating back to 1888, with our first President, Edward Packe, at the helm. The club has been a founder member of the Kent Bowling Association, The English Bowling Association, and The London and Southern Counties Bowling Association. Over the years, we have hosted numerous national and international events, including a visit from the famous cricketer, Dr. W.G. Grace.
Our Facilities
Our club boasts one of the best greens in the county, open for play from late April to October. Our fantastic clubhouse is well-equipped with a well-stocked bar, plenty of car parking space, and excellent facilities for social members. We welcome new members and offer taster sessions for those interested in trying out lawn bowls. All you need are flat sports shoes!
