Established in 1957, The Colin Dove Practice has been providing osteopathic care to the people of Havering and Essex for over six decades. Founded by Colin Dove, the practice was initially focused on osteopathy but has since expanded to offer a range of specialist treatments for various conditions and ailments. Today, the practice is run by Roy Knightbridge, a consultant osteopath on The European Golf Tour/DP World Tour.

Each of our practitioners is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC), ensuring that they meet the highest standards of training and professional conduct.
Roy Knightbridge, our practice principal, has over 25 years of experience in osteopathy and is a consultant osteopath on The European Golf Tour/DP World Tour. Arabella Gaunt has a special interest in women's health and pregnancy, as well as paediatric osteopathy. Laura Forrest has a background in sports therapy and is interested in treating sports injuries and promoting injury prevention.
