Disappointing Experiences
The majority of reviewers were left unimpressed with their stays at the New West Cliff Hotel. Several guests expressed disappointment with the size of their rooms, citing that they were much smaller than expected. Andrew Everson's review highlights this, stating that his room was "clean and the bed was comfy, but the bed was almost the same size as the room. No space to walk about kept bumping into the bed and wall."
