At Crust & Crumb, we are a community-driven cafe and bakery located in the heart of Chapel Allerton, Leeds. For over a decade, we have been serving up delicious food and drinks in a warm and welcoming environment. Our story began with our founder, Nicola, who had a passion for creating tasty treats and sharing them with others. Starting out as a small bakery, we have evolved into a beloved gathering place, where friends and families can come together to enjoy a delicious meal or simply relax with a cup of coffee.
Our Story
As a child, Nicola grew up on a farm in North Yorkshire, where she developed a deep appreciation for quality local produce. This is reflected in the ingredients we use in our kitchen, sourced from local suppliers such as Bondgate Bakery and Lishmans of Ilkley. Our menu is designed to cater for all dietary requirements, with a seasonal and varying selection of food and drinks.
From breakfast to lunch, we offer a range of delicious dishes, including homemade cakes, sandwiches, salads, and hot sausage rolls. Our meat is sourced from local butchers, our bread and pastries from Bondgate Bakery, and our dressings and sauces from Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil and Ian Taylor's. We also offer a variety of vegetarian and vegan options, ensuring that everyone can find something to enjoy.
Our Community
Crust & Crumb is more than just a cafe - it is a community hub where people from all walks of life come to socialise and enjoy good food. We have a regular customer base and are proud to be an integral part of the local community in Chapel Allerton. We are open from Tuesday to Saturday, and our friendly staff are always happy to welcome new faces.
