Our story began in August 2013 when our owner and head chef, Nuno Rosado, set out to share his passion for Portuguese cuisine with the local community. Nuno's love for food was inspired by his childhood in a fishing village in the Algarve, where his father and grandfather were both fishermen and skilled cooks.
