Established over 22 years ago, the Trident Fish and Seafood Restaurant and Take-Away has become a staple in Eastbourne's Old Town. Having recently undergone a complete refurbishment, our restaurant has expanded into a spacious, inviting atmosphere seating 80 guests indoors and 30 more in our outdoor area, complete with outdoor heaters for those chilly evenings. Our location on the corner of Albert Parade in Green Street provides convenient parking and easy access for our patrons.
We take pride in being fully licensed for the sale of alcohol, allowing our guests to enjoy a perfectly curated meal. Our newly enlarged restaurant offers disabled access and disabled toilet facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all. As Eastbourne's destination restaurant, we are dedicated to offering exceptional service and an extensive menu of freshly prepared dishes.

- *Opening Hours* - we are open Monday from 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm, Tuesday through Saturday from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm and 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm, and closed on Sundays, with the exception of Bank Holidays, excluding Christmas. We kindly request that you allow a minimum of 30 minutes before close for seating in our restaurant.
