At Moose Coffee, we're proud of our heritage as a proudly independent and family-owned business. Our journey began in 2006, born out of a passion for the great American breakfast culture and inspired by the iconic diners and delis of New York City. We've always been driven by a commitment to providing an authentic breakfast and brunch experience that captures the essence of North America.
Menu and Services
Our menu is carefully crafted to showcase the best of American and Canadian comfort food, with an eclectic mix of classic dishes and creative twists. From our signature New York Moose (eggs benedict) to our homemade buttermilk pancakes and waffles, we use only the finest ingredients and a dash of love to create mouth-watering meals. Don't forget to try our very own Moose blend espresso coffee and chilled drinks to wash it all down.
As a business, we're dedicated to quality and ethics. We source our ingredients from local, ethical suppliers whenever possible, and we're committed to reducing our carbon footprint through sustainable practices.
Catering and Private Hire
Whether you're planning an office team breakfast, a breakfast club event, or a private gathering, our external catering services offer a variety of classic American dishes, including our famous homemade pancakes, waffles, and breakfast bagels. We cater to casual occasions and can accommodate parties of up to 200 people. Our Mezzanine space in our Piccadilly store is perfect for intimate gatherings, seating up to 30 guests.
Moose Foundation
As a small business, we believe it's our responsibility to use our resources and assets to drive social and environmental change. Our Moose Foundation is dedicated to supporting charitable causes and environmental campaigns that align with our values. We're proud to have raised over 20,000 for various charities to date.
Sustainability
At Moose Coffee, we're committed to sustainability and reducing our environmental impact. We're working towards a Sustainable Practice Strategy that sets achievable targets each year. We're also proud to use 100% biodegradable paper straws and 100% compostable smoothie straws in all our stores.
Our Suppliers
We're proud to work with local and ethical suppliers based in the North West, where possible. Our suppliers are committed to the same high standards as us, and we meet with them face-to-face to sample products and ensure high-quality ingredients.
Customer Service
Several reviewers praised the cafe's customer service, citing friendly and understanding staff, who were able to accommodate them despite being very busy. Ellie M. noted that the staff were "so kind and understanding" and went out of their way to help her, while Ramtin Farmani described the service as "great". Sophie Allcock also praised her server, Jess, who was "lovely and attentive" despite the cafe being busy.
Food and Drink
