Do you require access to our home when collecting dogs?
No, we can use a labelled key or key safe. We collect dogs from your home and return them after walks.
What notice period do you require for bookings?
We ask for Sunday evening confirmation for weekly walks. Boarding bookings require advance notice, especially during holidays.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please notify us of changes by 9am on the day. Boarding bookings require 50% non-refundable deposit to secure spaces.
How many dogs do you walk at once?
We walk up to six dogs together, adhering to local regulations which sometimes limit group sizes to four dogs per handler.
Do you cater for animals other than dogs?
Yes, we provide home visits for cats, birds, rabbits, chickens, and other pets with at least one daily visit requirement.
Are vaccinations required for your services?
We recommend full vaccinations for all pets. For home boarding, we require copies of vaccination certificates as per council licensing laws.
