At Paws 'n' Claws Animal Hotel & Grooming Studio, we pride ourselves on providing a safe and comfortable environment for your beloved pets. Our journey began in 1990 when Les and Denise Forshaw, both graduates of Liverpool University, decided to turn their passion for animal care into a business. With planning permission obtained, they invested heavily in facilities, and the business quickly grew to become one of the premier animal care centers in the North-West of England.
Our mission is to provide quality animal care and services, constantly striving to improve our standards. Our facilities are designed to ensure the utmost comfort and well-being of your pets. From heated dog boarding kennels to luxurious cat chalets, our accommodations are designed to meet the unique needs of each pet. We cater to all breeds of dogs, from small to large, and even offer extra large kennels for families of dogs.
Our Services
We offer a wide range of services to cater to your pet's needs. Our dog boarding facilities feature individual 24-hour heating for your dog's comfort, and we encourage you to bring their favourite bedding and toys from home. We also offer short, customised training while boarding courses covering activities such as sit, stay, and walking correctly on the lead.
Our cat chalets are spacious and light, with one raised room for sleeping and another for eating and exercise. You're welcome to bring scratching posts, toys, and your cat's favourite bed and bedding to keep them entertained during their stay.
Grooming
In addition to our boarding services, we also offer a professional grooming salon that is open 7 days a week. Our experienced groomers will pamper your pet, helping them to maintain their skin and coat, making them feel better and look great. We understand the importance of regular grooming to help your pet maintain their overall health and hygiene.
Residential Training
We understand that every pet is different, which is why we offer residential dog training classes tailored to your pet's specific needs. Our trainers will work with you and your pet to develop a customized training plan that meets your pet's unique needs and learning style.
