Residential Conveyancing
Our main specialisation is Residential and Commercial Property. Our Head of Residential Conveyancing, Andrea Egan, has years of experience in conveyancing and is accredited by the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS). We offer a competitive fixed fee conveyancing service, providing an accurate estimate of all charges, duties, and expenses, so you know what finances you will need to have available to fund the transaction.
Commercial Conveyancing
If you have a commercial property or are looking to purchase one, we can help. We regularly deal with commercial conveyancing, covering the buying and selling of property as investments, buy-to-let, businesses, and new or assignments of business leases. Our fee will start from 600.00 plus VAT, and we can provide a quote on a case-by-case basis.
