Throughout her career, Andrea has collaborated closely with healthcare professionals such as osteopaths, physiotherapists, and other practitioners to create tailored exercise programs that support injury recovery and promote overall wellbeing. She is committed to sharing her extensive knowledge with others and offers training and mentoring opportunities for aspiring instructors.
