What emergency services do you provide?
We operate a 24/7 emergency line (01638 600120) with on-call vets available 09:00-19:00 Mon-Fri and 09:00-14:00 Sat. Out-of-hours emergencies transfer to Village Vets at Milton.
How do vaccination schedules work?
Puppies/kittens receive three vaccinations starting at 8 weeks, with annual boosters. We use L4 leptospirosis protection and offer serology testing to determine necessary doses for mature pets.
Are repeat prescriptions available?
Repeat medications require re-examinations every 6 months. Prescriptions cost £47 for re-examination, with 7-day notice needed for processing. Non-urgent medications can be collected after vet consultation.
What pet weight management options exist?
We create custom nutrition and exercise plans after body condition scoring. Progress checks monitor improvements in mobility and health markers within four weeks, with dietary adjustments as needed.
