Our electric grass pitches provide 16amp hook-ups for caravans and motorhomes. Each pitch averages 120m with water points nearby. Ideal for guests seeking modern conveniences while enjoying natural surroundings. Located in Skylark, Pheasant, and Robin areas.
Serviced Pitches
Water, electric, and grey water drainage facilities available in Chaffinch and Buzzard areas. Grass or hard-standing bases accommodate various vehicle types. Perfect for extended stays requiring full utility access while maintaining parkland views.
XL Pitches
Doubled-sized pitches (12x16m) for larger groups. Accommodate up to seven people with space for awnings and extra vehicles. Available in serviced grass or hard-standing options. Book directly through our website for optimal flexibility.
Shepherd's Huts
Handcrafted 20ft huts with en-suite bathrooms and full kitchens. Located in Skylark area with sunset views. Includes fridge, microwave, and induction hob. Minimum three-night stay required, no pets allowed.
Facilities Complex

Can I choose my specific pitch?
Yes, book by 31st December 2025 to select a specific pitch at no extra charge. Requests for adjacent bookings incur a £15 fee.
Are dogs allowed on site?
Dogs are welcome in most areas, except Shepherd's Huts and Pheasant 1-8 pitches. A dedicated dog exercise field and shower facilities are available.
What heating options exist for showers?
All shower blocks feature heated towel rails. Gas-powered Rinnai boilers provide instant hot water throughout the facility areas.
How is sustainability implemented?
We use solar power for energy needs, UV-treated natural water sources, and extensive recycling programs. Native plantings support local biodiversity and reduce maintenance requirements.
What pool facilities are available?
Outdoor heated pool open May-September with paddling pool and sunbathing area. Not lifeguarded. Operates 8am-7pm daily during operational season.
Are there minimum stay requirements?
Minimum stays range from 2-5 nights depending on season. Peak periods (August) require five-night minimums with specific arrival day restrictions.
