Our Services

At Dough Pizza Restaurant, we are dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience for our customers. We are open seven days a week, from 12noon to 10.00pm Monday to Friday, from 12noon to 10.30pm on Saturdays, and from 12noon to 9.30pm on Sundays. We are committed to serving only the finest quality ingredients, cooked simply at the best possible value. We believe that everyone should be able to enjoy great-tasting, authentic Italian pizza, regardless of their dietary needs or lifestyle choices. That's why we offer an extensive dough selection, including gluten-free, vegan, and wholemeal options, ensuring that there is a pizza for everyone.

Our Menu

We pride ourselves on using only the best Italian ingredients, and our passion for pizza in its purest form has led us to explore new innovations that we believe haven't been seen in UK restaurants before. We offer antipasti, such as Mediterranean olives and taralli, bruschetta, and warm burrata, as well as garlic bread, caprese, and an antipasto dough special, all of which are great for sharing.

Our pizza menu includes classic pizzas, such as margherita and pepperoni, as well as more unusual offerings, such as our black truffle pizza and our vegan options. We offer a range of sides, including fries, sweet potato fries, and arancini, as well as salads and desserts. We also offer a range of pasta dishes, including lasagna, spaghetti carbonara, and linguine ai frutti di mare, as well as a daily special. We cater to a range of dietary needs, including gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian.

The Dough Philosophy

At Dough Pizza Restaurant, we believe that great pizza starts with the dough. That's why we have spent years perfecting our classic sourdough base, made on-site by specialist artisans from Puglia. Our bases are rustic, simple, and reflect pizza's humble origins as Neapolitan street food. Once we perfected the classic sourdough base, we started experimenting with alternative flours to create healthier bases that taste genuinely great. We are committed to exploring new innovations in dough-making, and our customers can expect to see more unusual pizza shapes and even more doughs hitting our menu very soon.

Meet the Founders

Dough's front man is Emiliano Tunno, a pizza acrobat and instructor who's opened pizzerias around the world. He loves coming up with new and exciting ways to manipulate and change up the dough to achieve a healthier and better base. Massimo Nucaro cut his teeth as the king of pizza on the festival circuit, selling his sought-after pizzas through sister business Green Pepper & Red Tomato. Massimo brings his 18 years of expertise and creative vision to Dough Pizza here in Bath. The southern Italian duo have been working together for years, and the idea to create Dough came to them during a fishing trip to New Zealand.
