You may access Eversholt Hall from 10:00am on your wedding day for setup. Early access is available if booking the venue for the preceding day.
Is Eversholt Hall licensed for civil ceremonies?
Yes, our main hall is licensed for civil ceremonies accommodating up to 100 guests with an additional 50 on the upstairs balcony.
Can we use our own caterer?
We exclusively partner with Winslow Catering to ensure consistent quality and service standards for all wedding food requirements.
What are the decoration collection times?
Guest decorations should be collected by 10:00am the day following your event. Supplier decorations must be removed by the respective vendors.
Are tables and chairs provided?
Round tables, long top tables, and traditional banqueting chairs are included in venue hire. Alternative furniture options are available through preferred suppliers.
What are the bar closing times?
Bar closing times vary by day: 10:30pm Mon-Thu & Sun, 11:00pm Fri-Sat. Music must finish 1 hour after bar closure.
