Poor Service and Disappointing Experience
Several reviewers have expressed their disappointment with the service they received at Taverham Vets. Disorganization and Delays seem to be a recurring issue, with long wait times and inconsistent communication. Bev Mulcrone and Robertsw both experienced delays, with Bev having to wait over 15 minutes past her allotted time and Robertsw waiting an extended period for an emergency appointment.
Poor Treatment and Diagnosis is another major concern. Roxanne Gray was not satisfied with the treatment her dog received, stating that the vet did not bother to examine her dog's skin despite her concerns. Robertsw also reported a series of misdiagnoses and ineffective treatment for his dog's condition, leading to a significant financial burden.
Overpriced Medication is another issue that has been raised by several reviewers. Robertsw and Bev Mulcrone both reported being charged high prices for medication that could be obtained cheaper elsewhere. Lack of Transparency and Prescription is also a concern, with some reviewers reporting that they were not given a prescription for medication, leading to additional costs.
Good Service, However
On a more positive note, several reviewers have praised the staff at Taverham Vets for their kindness, helpfulness, and welcoming nature. Laura Carrigan and Sue Wallace both reported having positive experiences with the staff, with Laura mentioning the pet plan as a great service. Margaret Lambert and Rachel B. also praised the staff for their efficiency and helpfulness.
