Our 200-acre site in North Norfolk combines a working arable farm with a diverse range of holiday accommodations, including caravan pitches, camping areas, glamping pods, bell tents, and traditional cottages. Caravan pitches
Our 109 caravan pitches include 76 with electric hook-ups and TV points. We offer deluxe grass pitches with hedgerow screening, standard non-electric options, and hard-standing surfaces. All guests have access to waste disposal points and chemical toilet facilities.
Glamping pods
Choose from luxury pods with hot tubs, mega pods, camping pods, and upgraded Stargazer bell tents. All glamping accommodation includes private shower facilities and scenic views across our 200-acre site in North Norfolk.
Holiday cottages
Our traditional North Norfolk flint thatched cottages - Hare Cottage and Fox Cottage - both sleep four guests. Located on the common just a short walk from the main site, they offer a more permanent holiday accommodation option.
Fishing lake
Our family-friendly fishing lake contains carp, tench, perch, bream, roach, and rudd. Guests can purchase daily or weekly permits at reception along with basic bait. A valid fishing license is required for all anglers.
Bike hire
Through our partnership with Huff and Puff Cycles, we offer onsite bike delivery for exploring local countryside routes. Bikes can be ordered in advance to ensure availability during your stay at Deers Glade.

Questions
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 2pm for touring and camping, 3pm for glamping and cottages. Check-out is 12pm for touring and camping, 10am for glamping and cottages.
Are there electric hook-ups available?
Yes, we have 76 deluxe electric hook-up pitches with TV points available across our caravan and camping areas.
Can I bring my dog?
We are a dog-friendly park. Dogs are welcome in all accommodation types and must be kept on leads within the park.
What facilities are available for children?
We have two climbing frames, balance beams, swings, a sand pit, and shaded picnic areas. The goat enclosure is particularly popular with younger guests.
Is Wi-Fi available on site?
Yes, we provide free fibre broadband with the Wi-Fi code 'DeersGwifi1' accessible across all accommodation types.
