JPS Projects Ltd is a family-owned business that has been providing excellence in fit out, refurbishment, construction and maintenance for many years. We operate in various sectors of the construction industry, including commercial, compliance, healthcare, secure environments, residential and social housing, servicing clients throughout the UK. Our offices in London, Manchester and Chesterfield enable us to provide our services nationwide.

• FRA - PFP works (to include fire stopping, fire door remedials, and replacements)
• NICEIC approved contractor works

Value for Money

Our commercial team is able to offer our clients value for money based on experience and is able to tender works on a competitive basis or agree to a schedule of rates. We are familiar with measured term contracts and are currently working on the following schedules - PSA, NSR, and NHF on various contracts. We are also able to offer competitive tenders or quoted works.

Accreditations

The accreditations we have received are testament to the high standards of quality and service that we set ourselves, including ISO 9001:2015 - ISO 14001:2015 - ISO 45001:2018, Safe Contractor Approved, BM TRADA Certified, NICEIC, FGAS, FIRAS, Constructionline - GOLD, and Builder's Profile. We are fully insured with cover up to a value of 10m, and are a registered waste carrier. We have a large number of operatives and subcontractors security cleared (CTC/BSVR).

Recent Projects

We have worked with a number of blue-chip clients and main contractors, along with various government agencies and housing associations nationally. Recent projects include passive fire protection works for Your Housing Group, 4 occupied residential care homes, Royal Courts of Justice MOJ contract, Markham House strip out and fit out of an office block, warehouse fit out, JPS House refurbishment and fit-out works on an old Sunday School building, and Dacorum Borough Council social housing contract works.
