Autumn Leaves Guest House is a beautiful bed and breakfast establishment located in the charming town of Whitby, North Yorkshire. Our guest house is proud of its rich history, dating back to 1895, and has been carefully restored to retain its original charm while offering luxurious modern amenities.
Our Rooms
We offer four en-suite rooms, each with its unique character and offering stunning views of the surrounding area. Room 1 is our largest room, furnished with a modern brass king-size bed, while Room 2 is equipped with a double bed. Room 3 boasts a king-size bed with a seating area and coffee table, and Room 4 features a single bed. Each room is equipped with flat-screen TVs, seating areas, and complimentary hospitality trays. Our guests can also enjoy the convenience of free Wi-Fi and freeSat TV. We also provide fluffy cotton towels and bathrobes on request.
Our Tariff
Our room rates are based on two people sharing, and unless otherwise stated, are per room per night and include breakfast. Our tariff varies from 65 per night for Room 4, single ensuite, to 100 per night for Room 1, king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom and separate toilet.

Located in the heart of Whitby, we are just a short walk from the town centre, with its beautiful shops, restaurants, and attractions. Our guest house is ideally situated close to Pannett Park, Whitby Museum, and the famous 199 Steps. We are also just a stroll away from the beach, where you can enjoy the picturesque views of the coastline.

Access Statement
Autumn Leaves Guest House is accessible by a flight of eight steps leading to the front door. Our rooms are accessed via a wide staircase of fourteen and five low-rise steps respectively.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled within 3 working days of arrival may be liable to be charged the full amount of the reservation, unless the room is re-let. We will endeavour to re-let all cancellations in which case there will be no charge.
Payment
We accept payment by cash, credit or debit card on arrival or departure.
