Our History
Our story began in 1867 when Frederick Robson established F. Robson & Co. on Dean Street in Newcastle upon Tyne. Initially, the practice focused on manufacturing measuring equipment, but with the introduction of the NHS in the 1940s, we shifted our focus to providing spectacles. Over the years, we have continued to adapt to the changing needs of our patients, investing in the latest technology and training to ensure we remain at the forefront of optometry and audiology.
