Services
Small Animal Consultations
We offer appointment-based consultations for cats, dogs, rabbits, and small mammals. Our 15-minute standard appointments include routine health checks, vaccinations, and diagnostic procedures like blood tests and ultrasounds. Emergency consultations are prioritized with same-day availability, while our qualified nurses provide specialized advice for specific conditions and treatments.
Vaccinations
Comprehensive vaccination programs protect cats, dogs, and rabbits against life-threatening diseases. We administer core vaccines for feline panleucopaenia, canine parvovirus, and rabbit haemorrhagic disease, with annual boosters for leptospirosis. Our team offers titre testing for distemper/parvovirus/herpes in dogs and provides vaccination certificates for travel and insurance purposes.
Euthanasia
We provide compassionate euthanasia services with personalized arrangements for pets and owners. Options include quiet daytime appointments, home visits with advance notice, and post-procedure care choices like individual cremation. Our team offers bereavement support and helps create lasting memories through paw/nose prints, while explaining the procedure's medical process and aftercare options.
Neutering
We perform spaying and castration surgeries for cats, dogs, and rabbits from appropriate ages. Our guidance considers breed-specific needs for optimal timing, with early neutering options for cats. The service includes pre-operative assessments, surgical procedures under modern anaesthesia, and post-operative care. We collaborate with Cats Protection charity for community neutering support and financial assistance programs.
In-house Laboratory
Our IDEXX-equipped laboratory delivers same-day blood and urine analysis for organ function, thyroid levels, and SDMA kidney disease markers. We process pre-anaesthetic blood panels for 35 and provide rapid urine diagnostics within 15 minutes. For specialized tests, we partner with external labs while maintaining strict quality control and timely result communication to inform treatment decisions.
