Our Story
Founded in 2011, Agile was born out of a vision to create a combined services clinic in the private sector. Over the years, we have grown to provide a comprehensive mix of healthcare professionals in one conveniently located clinic in the picturesque area of Penylan, Cardiff. In 2023, we re-structured the business and became what we are today: The Agile Co-Operative. As a Co-operative, we are proud to stand together with the aim of delivering the best possible service, and that's why it's so important that every voice is heard.

Our Services
We offer a range of services, including Physiotherapy, Sports Massage, Osteopathy, and Podiatry. Our Physiotherapists are members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Our Sports Massage therapy can help aid your recovery from injury, assist in your rehabilitation, and prevent an injury from reoccurring. Our Osteopaths are trained to diagnose and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal disorders by ensuring bones, ligaments, muscles, and tendons work effectively together. Our Podiatrists provide treatment for skin, joints, ligaments, tendons, and muscles from your lower back to your toes.
