International Karate Kyokushinkaikan is one of the leading Kyokushin Karate and Martial Arts Organisations in the UK, established in 1996 by Shihan Paul Sarginson. We aim to provide the highest standard of karate and martial arts instruction, supporting both students and clubs to reach their goals. Our classes are traditional, disciplined and serious, but also fun, friendly and enjoyable, incorporating all aspects of Karate and Martial Arts, including self defence, kata, karate techniques, fitness and stamina, flexibility, awareness and confidence building. We offer various events and courses, such as Knockdown Tournaments, Clicker Tournaments, Kata Competitions, summer camps, and seminars. We are a complete Martial Art for everyone, with a range of martial arts supported by IKK constantly growing.
