St James City Farm & Riding School is a non-profit making community project situated in the heart of Gloucester, providing a taste of the countryside in the city. Since 1998, we have aimed to connect city children and families with the country by offering hands-on practical farm experience, gateway knowledge, and aspirations. We run a tiny riding school, giving children the opportunity to learn riding and horse care with one-to-one lessons. Our priority group is local inner-city children who cannot afford to ride normally.
