Dark Woods Coffee Ltd is an adventurous coffee roaster, barista training school, and pop-up cafe nestled on the edge of Marsden village in the West Yorkshire Pennines. We roast our coffee by hand on a 1950's Probat drum roaster in a beautifully refurbished Victorian textile mill beside the Huddersfield Narrow Canal and River Colne. Our coffee is carefully sourced, roasted, and packaged by hand, with direct, long-term relationships with all of our producer partners. We give 2% of our annual turnover to both local community projects and to those in the coffee-growing communities.

Our coffee is a full-bodied, medium-dark roast, blended from high-grade beans directly sourced from co-operatives that work with indigenous and small-scale farmers in South America.
