Welcome to Stokenham Pre-School, a friendly and successful independent pre-school providing a welcoming, happy and safe environment for pre-school children to learn, play and develop. We have a large building with two rooms for work and play, a large outdoor area, and a team of fully qualified staff who provide high-quality care and education for children primarily below statutory school age. Our aim is to encourage children to learn, gain confidence, become socially aware and develop the ability to express themselves in a caring and friendly environment, where each child is valued as an individual. We offer sessions for children from 2yrs - 5yrs old, Monday - Friday, during term time, and also run 'Happy Feet Mother and Toddler' sessions from 10.00am - 12.00pm every Friday morning, term time only.

We are a charity preschool offering a nurturing environment for children aged 2-5 years. Our setting provides a magical experience where children can explore, discover and play. We strive for a happy balance between play, academic skills and social skills, promoting a friendly and positive first-school experience. Our qualified staff and committee members work together to provide a child-led and supportive environment, celebrating individuality and encouraging play-based learning. We also offer Forest School sessions, a beautiful natural garden, and regular outings to the local community.
