Our firm is based in Kirkby Stephen and has been providing legal services to the community of the Eden Valley and beyond for over 100 years. We take pride in offering an efficient, professional and friendly service and always acting in our clients' best interest. We are a small firm which allows us to provide a very personal service including offering out of hours appointments and home visits where necessary. The firm dates back to the early part of the 20th century and although it has been a sole practitioner firm for most of that time, there are now six solicitors, a probate practitioner and a chartered legal executive and these fee earners are supported by three assistants. We offer a wide range of services for both our individual and commercial clients including residential, agricultural and commercial conveyancing, wills, powers of attorney and estate administration.
