Streetwise Young People's Project is a multi award-winning regional Charity, providing essential support services for young people aged 11 - 25 years since 1991. Our Services include Advice, Information and Guidance, Counselling and Emotional Wellbeing Support, Youth Work and Outreach Activities, and Relationships & Sexual Health Services. All Streetwise Services are Welcoming, Respectful, Confidential, Flexible, Young People Friendly and Accessible. We are passionate about empowering and encouraging Young People to have a say in how they find our Services and what they like and don't like in order to help ensure we continually provide the right services at the right time and in the right places.
