Compton Farm Camping and Caravans is a family-run farm situated in the downs with views of the cliffs, offering stunning natural views to the chalk down land valley and Compton Bay. The farm dates back to 1086 and has been farmed by the present family for many years. It is an ideal location for a family holiday or short break, with a variety of walks over the Downs to enjoy stunning views, and the wonderful wildflowers such as the pyramid orchid. The campsite is situated on a well-drained, level field with marked pitches available. Guests can take advantage of the nearby Compton Bay, the last untouched sandy beach of the Island, which is safe for children and swimming, and facing south it catches all of the sun. The farm is also close to one of the best surfing spots on the Island.
The majority of reviewers have praised the site for its natural beauty, peaceful atmosphere, and friendly owners.
