Been on this site for many years now Lovely place ruined by bad unprofessional rude thieving staff who shouldn't be running this site there attitude towards there long loyal customers is appalling and I've seen animals treated better if I'm onest hopefully one day this lovely site will be returned to its formally glory with proper management who know what there doing and know the meaning of good customer service head office take note
