Welcome to Yorkshire Herbalist, where I, Bel Charlesworth MNIMH, am passionate about empowering others through the power of nature. I offer consultations, workshops, and herb walks as a medical herbalist, trained member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists since 2003. My training has involved the study of medical sciences, diagnostic skills, and modern pharmacy in addition to the therapeutic use of medicinal plants and nutrition. As a hands-on herbalist, I'm also skilled in making medicines and herbal products. I run workshops and herb walks, and I'm a yoga therapist and meditation teacher as well. I operate from my new premises in Holmfirth, in the heart of the Holme Valley.
