Stone Cross Independent Pre-School has been operating since 1952, offering a well-planned and organised curriculum that provides a rich and stimulating environment for children to develop in all areas covered by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework. We recognise that all children are individuals and encourage each child to reach their full potential. Our qualified staff participate in ongoing training activities to ensure they are up to date with new thinking in child education and care. The Pre-School is run by a parent-elected voluntary management committee, ensuring major decisions are made by parents who use the group. We are proud of our high ratio of adults to children in our group and offer a range of activities to support children's learning and development.
