The Sales Advisor spent quality time with me and the advice given to me was really helpful. Lots of choice available & you can select from a wide range of colours to have some shades spray painted. Found your shop by chance - passing through on a day out. Extremely helpful and patient staff advising on what we were looking for - could not have been better. We saw ceiling and wall lights for contemplation, then called back the following day to place the order. This was sent to us, received yesterday (07/07/22). They have now been installed, connected and look absolutely stunning - a good choice with the help of excellent staff. Would definitely recomment your shop - and thank you. We visited GBS Lighting to look for a different sort of light for our newly built porch. We wanted a light that was wow. Upon entering the shop we were greeted by a very pleasant young lady who asked if required any assistance and if we need any help then please ask, no pressure salesperson which was nice. The variety of lights in the shop is fantastic. We saw a light we fell in love with but unfortunately they didn't have it stock. Barry the owner of the shop came to the rescue, and couldn't have been more attentive and knowledgeable. He assured us he could get the light before Christmas and took our contact details. Three days later he rang to say the light was in stock. fantastic! The whole experience was excellent, professional and efficient and would highly recommend a visit to GBS Lighting. Julia and Tony.
