Broadlands Guest House is a family-owned business that offers traditional bed and breakfast accommodation in the beautiful town of Stratford upon Avon in Warwickshire. The completely refurbished Victorian house originally built in 1901 has a central location enabling guests to walk to the RSC, Shakespeare's Birthplace, cafes, restaurants, shops, and the train station in ten minutes. The town provides plenty to see and do on foot as well as boating on the River Avon or an open-top bus service for visiting all the Shakespeare properties. Broadlands Guest House has seven rooms, including singles, doubles, twins, and a triple, with en-suite bathrooms or private facilities. The B&B rate includes breakfast, parking, and WIFI. All rooms have hospitality trays with teas, coffees, hot chocolate, biscuits, mints, and water. Hairdryers are provided, and ironing facilities, electric fans, and hot water bottles are available on request.
The reviewers praised the guest house for its comfortable and clean rooms, excellent service, delicious breakfast, and convenient location.
The only negative comment was a minor issue with parking.
