About Mark Durband

Mark Durband is a qualified and experienced therapist with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Leicester University. With over 20 years of experience in counselling and psychotherapy, Mark has worked with a wide range of clients, from individuals dealing with relationship issues to those struggling with anxiety, depression, or trauma. Mark's approach is non-directive and respectful, and he is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
